2. Get your meal plan and shopping list
Along with your meal plan, we’ll provide convenient shopping lists. We do all the planning for you so you can eat right, eat healthy, save money, and are never left guessing on how to make this work.
3. Enjoy the results
Now just dig in! Try out all of the delicious meals provided for you and watch in real time as the pounds start sliding off.
To stay accountable you should send us your results after every week so we can track your progress and make some changes if needed.
